Life in a language school is balanced between classes and course preparation. All the courses I am following are fully in Chinese, with the exception of some explanations in English from time to time, which allows me to be immersed in Chinese at least 6 hours a day.
This has allowed me to make fast progress, but the first two weeks were hard to adapt to and I felt very tired.
Every Wednesday, the school organizes cultural classes. That week, since the Mid-Autumn Festival was coming, we prepared moon cakes.
Over the weekend, I enjoyed seeing the sunrise at Husband Moutain and walking around Yangshuo.
