Hoi An was our last destination in Vietnam.
When we were in Phong Nha, we met a group of French people who advised us to rent a scooter in Hue to reach Hoi An (the renting company would take care of transporting our luggage). We found the idea very interesting and decided to give it a shot.
We therefore were able to discover the Hai Van Pass, a road through the mountains that run along the coast between the two cities, and the Lady Buddha, a 72m high statue located in Da Nang.

Hoi An is a city made up of several islands and an old town characterized by its orange-colored houses.

We particularly enjoyed strolling around the city by bike and discovering its beautiful landscapes.
We were also able to visit the Terracotta Park, a museum dedicated to pottery with many terracotta miniatures of great world monuments.

To end our stay, we boarded circular coconut shell boats for a sightseeing tour on the river, a local tourist attraction.
